Cost Per Meeting Booked (PMB) is arguable one of the most important metrics that any B2B sales business needs to track. If you know your average close rate of meetings it can help you calculate key metrics such as customer acquisition cost which ultimately determines if you are profitable.
At Dashed we calculate this on a per agent basis.
To calculate this accurately across your LinkedIn or/and Email prospecting it is important you:
1. Consider your all-in cost per employee. Their salary, cost of tools, taxes etc
Once you have this number please enter it in the Settings tab under 'To Determine Cost Per Meeting booked"
